After obtaining a tonne of quotes, a friend recommended Jake and his team and I'm really pleased they did. Not only was his quote competitive but he did everything that he said he would do and more. All his team are clean, tidy and polite and they also go out of there way to help you with whatever they can. I had been told by other people who had loft conversions to expect something to go wrong or for it to take a lot longer to complete than expected but I am happy to say that not only was it wrapped up within the 4 weeks quoted, but the only thing to go wrong was at our end with the flooring and they even adapted to that to make sure the build stayed on track. After obtaining half a dozen quotes and meeting with various companies we decided to go with Concept Lofts. Not only was the quote competitive, but they explained the process really clearly and came up with the most creative suggestions as to what we could do with the space and provided us with the best plans for our needs. The work started when they said it would, was carried out by who they said and they were finished sooner than when they said they would be. The staff were clean (tidying up after themselves), polite and courteous (telling us when there was going to be banging etc. As we have young children). We really couldn’t recommend them highly enough and always offer for them to show other potential customers our loft. On a separate note, we completely underestimated the extra space gained!
