Loft Conversions Barkingside - The Process

Our loft conversion process is simple and transparent, ensuring you are fully involved every step of the way. We generally completed the whole process within 6 weeks (Including decorating and tiling if required). In the first week, we erected the scaffolding and got the overall structure in place. During the second week, we mainly focused on fitting external doors, windows, etc, as well as covering the roof. The third week involves installing your stairs and the beginning of the plastering work. Weeks 4-6 will vary depending on your specifications, but they will generally include adding doors, installing electric and plumbing systems, and fitting fixtures such as wardrobes. If required, we also complete decoration and tiling work during this period.
