Loft Conversions Aveley - The Process

Our loft conversions are generally completed within a 6 week time period (Including decorating and tiling if applicable). The first week will be spent erecting the scaffolding and getting the overall structure in place. During the second week, the focus is mainly on fitting external doors, windows, etc, as well as covering the roof. The third week involves installing your stairs and the beginning of the plastering work. Weeks 4-6 will vary depending on your specifications but they will generally include adding doors, installing the electric and plumbing systems, as well as fitting fixtures such as wardrobes. Decorating and tiling will also take place during this period if required.

Not only was the quote competitive, but they explained the process really clearly and came up with the most creative suggestions as to what we could do with the space and provided us with the best plans for our needs. The work started when they said it would, was carried out by who they said and they were finished sooner than when they said they would be. The staff were clean (tidying up after themselves), polite and courteous (telling us when there was going to be banging etc. As we have young children).
