Loft Conversions Basildon - The Process

We make converting your loft as smooth and stress free as possible. Our loft conversion process typically takes around 6 weeks to complete. During the first week, we focus on constructing and pitching the main structure, ensuring a solid foundation for the project. In the second week, we work on fitting external features such as doors and windows while securing the roof to make the space weatherproof.

In the third week, we install the staircase and begin the plastering work to prepare the interior for the next stages. The activities in weeks four to six will vary depending on your specific requirements. These usually include fitting internal doors, installing electrical and plumbing systems, and adding custom fixtures like wardrobes. If requested, we’ll also handle decorating and tiling during this phase.
