Loft Conversions Billericay - The Process

Our loft conversion process is designed to be smooth, efficient, and stress-free, typically taking around six weeks to complete. The first week will be spent constructing and pitching the main structure to establish a sturdy foundation for the conversion. In the second week, we work on installing doors and windows, and covering the roof. In the third week, we install the staircase and start plastering work. Weeks 4-6 will vary depending on your specifications. This includes fitting internal doors, installing electrical and plumbing systems, and adding custom fixtures such as wardrobes. If requested, decorating and tiling are also completed during this stage, ensuring your loft is move-in ready.

Not only was the quote competitive, but they explained the process really clearly and came up with the most creative suggestions as to what we could do with the space and provided us with the best plans for our needs. The work started when they said it would, was carried out by who they said and they were finished sooner than when they said they would be. The staff were clean (tidying up after themselves), polite and courteous (telling us when there was going to be banging etc. As we have young children). We really couldn’t recommend them highly enough and always offer for them to show other potential customers our loft. On a separate note, we completely underestimated the extra space gained!
